Our Services

We do a thorough title search of your property through official public records at the appropriate county courthouse.
We hold the buyer’s deposit in an escrow account.
We coordinate the payoff or assumption of your existing mortgage with the mortgage holder and clear up any title defects.
We coordinate the closing with both the seller and buyer.
We coordinate the necessary documents, title commitments, inspections (termite report, survey, etc.), endorsements, and policies with the buyer and the new lender.
We comply with the requirements of the new lender.
We prepare settlement statements showing how all the funds are disbursed.
We draft all necessary documents for the seller and buyer to execute at closing and record the deed and mortgage incidentals to the closing.
We disburse of all funds to the respective parties.
