Professional Biography
Elizabeth moved from New Hampshire to Florida in 2000 to embark
on her career in the Real Estate Title Industry with one
of the largest title companies in Central Florida. As the
Manager of a branch office, Elizabeth was involved in every
aspect of the daily operations as it pertains to title business.
The location flourished specifically due to the outstanding
customer service and complete understanding of her clients
needs. However, she simply did not want to be another number
on the employee list.
So, in 2003 she decided to move to Tampa on a risk, however,
for an opportunity to use her knowledge and understanding
of the industry to start Statton Title Agency with Jason
and Joshua Statton. Through extreme hard work and client dedication,
Statton Title Agency has become today, Florida’s fastest
growing, and most successful preferred Title Agency.

Elizabeth has an astute understanding of Title
law, is proficient in preparing all real estate documents from
search to close, and “firmly believes
in the power of a positive attitude”.
She
believes that customer service is the most important part
of building a successful business and strives to make every
client of Statton Title Agency her top priority.
